!!!!!!

I forgot to mention in my previous post that I miss Cami Cake cupcakes from Orange Park and Jacksonville...not that I need them! I have seen some cute cupcake shops/bakeries in Warsaw where we will be living, but we have not had time to go exploring yet. I am looking forward to doing that after the honeymoon when the leaves are beautiful and the air is crisp! I will report on what I find :)

Now for the real reason for this post:

Florida VS. Indiana

Things I miss about Florida:
1. My Family!
2. Being there for birthdays and other occasions
3. Sonny’s BBQ and MoJo’s BBQ
4. Sweet Tea
5. Publix…nothing compares!
6. Having my favorite nail place half a mile away…agh Pedicures!
7. Having the beach nearby…not that I went that much, but still
8. Being able to see FL friends
9. LA NOP!
10. Florida Football…do you know that all the games are not shown up there!?!?
11. Charming Charlies


Things I like about Indiana:
1. Our apartment has an unending supply of hot water, and a huge bathtub…YES!
2. It literally takes me 3 minutes to get to and from work
3. I can sleep in until 7, vs. getting up at 5:30 to work in Jax.
4. The leaves are changing colors, and it feels like fall 
5. I can have tons of pictures in my cubicle, which beats having a few in my locker at my previous place of employment!
6. We (I until after the wedding) live in a 3rd floor apartment, so I get exercise everyday!
7. The location of our apartment, we are close to so many things!
8. Suppose I want Long John Silver’s…we have them!
9. The country roads and old farm houses…they are so pretty!

Stephen and I are packing and leaving for Florida early Saturday morning and should be in the sunshine state by Saturday night. I am excited to come home and see everyone…It has only been 2 weeks and I miss everyone so much! Not to mention the fact that I am getting married in 9 days!

Pictures of Our Apartment!

Welcome to our home :) I am getting settled in now and Stephen will be after the wedding. It is nice to be unpacked. I think it is making adjusting to Indiana much better. Thank you so much to everyone who helped move me in!

That is our balcony on the 3rd floor :) It is festive with fall Mum's that I LOVE and I have not killed yet!

I have been told that this door is a dead giveaway that a woman lives here...oh well!

First room you walk into is our cozy living room. We painted one wall "Golfers Tan" and it looks great! I love the big sliding glass door and all the light that comes in!

So glad Mom talked me into bringing some of my patio furniture. It fits perfectly on our tiny little porch/balcony!

Now you enter the dining room. It is bright red! Stephen and his Dad had some difficulty painting this wall...I think it took 3 coats!?! It reminds me of my red wall in Florida, which makes me heart happy :)

The spare bedroom is coming along now. We moved Stephen's dresser and desk in last weekend and now I have a place to scrapbook. I am very excited about that!

Love our bathroom color and "D" towels from Aunt Mary and Beth...they look GREAT in our bathroom!

update...finally!

Obviously it has been quite some time since my last blog update. So many things have changed recently. The big news is that I now live in Indiana! I started a new job at Biomet last Tuesday, which was also my Moms birthday. Stephen and I have been getting settled in and busy unpacking. We are both looking forward to coming home to a home after our Hawaii honeymoon in two weeks! That's right folks, we are getting married in 12 days!!!! We are actually driving to Florida on Saturday to spend the week doing last minute planning etc. I am so ready for the wedding planning to be over.

We do not have internet in the apartment yet, so I am blogging on my phone. Yes, my fingers are starting to cramp :) as soon as I figure out how to upload mobile pictures I will post some of our apartment in Indiana! Until next time, have a good week and pray for safe travels to Florida!
