We started thinking about looking and buying a house in April, 2011. Our lease would be up on our apartment in September and we did not plan on continuing to live there. We never thought we would find something in our price range that we both liked so quickly, but God is good. Within weeks of starting our search we had fallen in love with one house. We decided to make an offer the same say someone else made an offer. In the end and after a restless week (on my part) we accepted the seller's counter offer! We are thrilled and so excited to become homeowners. Our closing was scheduled for June 21, 2011.
