First of all, wow! Thank you all so much for your kind words and comments yesterday. Between reading comments on the blog and comments on Facebook, it was a great day! Your support and prayers mean so much to us, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
As a way to document this pregnancy, I plan on doing weekly/biweekly posts similar to this one. I can't promise that these will be frequent or on schedule, but I will try! Some might even have some bump pictures...I know you people want to see the bump!! :)
No baby bump picture this week, sorry. I haven't asked Stephen to take any yet...I am sure I will eventually though. I'm not sure you would even notice a difference in a photo, but I promise my belly is much rounder!
How far along? 6/7 weeks
Size of Baby? Blueberry, a very precious blueberry!
Maternity Clothes? Not needed yet, but my pants are feeling a little tight already. I just feel so bloated! I did order some jeans and a couple cute tops from Old Navy this week though...I'm afraid they will be needed very soon! I am most comfortable in leggings and dresses this week!
Weight Gain? Not sure, maybe 1 ow 2lbs.
Stretch Marks? Not yet, and hopefully never. Using lotion like crazy!
Gender? Unknown, we will be finding out though!
Movement? Nothing yet
Sleep? Not to bad, but not to great either. I wake up like 10 times (slight exaggeration) to use the potty, and the rest of the time I sleep pretty good! So thankful for that right now!
Food Cravings? Oh my, guacamole!
What I Miss? Diet soda and coffee :(
Symptoms? Super tired, as in I got to bed very early; and bloatedness. I just feel bloated.
Best Moment Last Week? Finding out we were pregnant, and telling our families and friends!
Looking Forward to? Hearing the heartbeat! We have a doctor's appointment next Friday-only one week!

Yay! Love this first update! How are you feeling??? I remember I was teaching when I was this early with miss EC and I was SO NAUSEOUS but it wasn't like I had ever been before! And I can't complain too much..I never got sick and had a pretty easy morning sickness phase! Hope you do too!
I admit it....I gave up coke at first...but it came back. I was closer to the second trimester, but I started drinking it again. I don't drink as much as I used to, but I do still drink it. And my blood sugar is still within where it should be. Wait until you are so hot while you are sleeping...that's where I'm at right now. I actually woke Austin up flipping and flopping last night lol, my bad. I took my own belly shots with AJ most of the time and this time with Liam I've been taking all my own, I think partly because I feel as big as a house! I set my camera up on the tripod in the same spot so that it's in the same spot and same height every time this time. That's one thing I regret with belly pictures with AJ. All of them are at different angles and distances. So just a little food for thought for you on that :).
Hurray for your first pregnancy update!! I am so so excited to follow along on your journey! :)
Since I'm sure you are getting lots of unsolicited advice, I'll add mine to the pile! When buying maternity shirts/clothing consider breast feeding. I couldn't wear any of my normal clothes until last week which is what? 10 weeks post baby. I didn't expect to still look pregnant after delivery. I really thought I would just "look a little fat" after giving birth, but really I looked about 5 months along and those were the clothes that fit - only now I needed to be able to nurse too.
Old Navy, Target and Destination Maternity)(http://www.destinationmaternity.com) were where almost all of my clothing came from. That and I bought a bunch of around the house/garden stuff at Goodwill.
You're going to be such a cute pregnant belly gal!
