Pray for Houston

For those of you who do not know, I'd like to make an announcement :) I am so excited about this! If you have any questions please comment or email me, I'd love to share with your what God is doing!

Blogging Friends,

I would like to share with you a challenging ministry opportunity God has given me. On the 25th of June I will be departing on a mission launch trip to Houston, Texas for one week with a group from Access218 at CrossRoad Church. We will be partnering with other teams and Mercy Street Ministries, which is a full time ministry to the Houston area to ministering to people in the inner city along with rehab patients and their families. Our goal is to impact lives with the Gospel and show the love of Christ.

This trip is not only an outreach to impact people for God’s Kingdom, but also a challenging opportunity to grow in my faith as I step out and see God move. It is the opportunity to serve others for our Lord Jesus Christ that fills me with a sense of excitement and anticipation at what’s to come. I look forward to the rewards in spiritual growth both in my life and in Houston as a result of this trip.

If you have any questions or would like more information about the trip, feel free to contact me, and I’ll excitedly share with you how God has placed these people on my heart. Thank you in advance for your prayers. Please remember, prayer is the fuel that will allow us to be successful as we follow God’s leading.

“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19-20).
